Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

Please expect your order to be processed within 3-5 business days. After 3-5 business days your order will be shipped out to you and you will be able to track your order and a tracking number will be sent via email. If you are experiencing a delay with your package after your package has been delivered to the post office, please contact the post office for further inquiries.

 

Returns and Cancellations:

At this time, we are unable to cancel orders once the order has been set for shipping. Orders may only be eligible for a refund if they are damaged at the fault of The Essence of Care. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Should you have any questions regarding your order please email us.

Damaged Orders:

We apologize for any inconveniences that you experience with shopping with us. If you receive a damaged item or if you are missing items from your order, please contact us so we can resolve the matter.
